Well completed R2 this morning lovely run found my pace and stride easy, nearly didn’t run as got up at 03.30 and it was blowing a hooley and raining hard so hit the snooze button at 5.30. Glad the weather changed dry and mild and no wind great running conditions.
New leggings today very comfortable and held everything in place also wore a light running jacket for the first time which was very good but came off after 10 mins!!! Hate to feel encumbered by clothing.

Like you, I can’t wear much when I’m running....just shorts and Merino T Shirt.
Enjoy your parkrun, you’ve earned it....did you know you can register and represent NHS Couch to 5k team? I stumbled on it last week when I registered.....a bit of useless info 🤪
I was awake before 4am and was listening to the wind and rain increase but went for it just after 5am. It's a nuisance trying to run in the rain in specs but worth it for the lack of traffic and to get it done so early. I'm usually up at 5am anyway so not really a hardship for me.
