Completed run 3 of week 9 this morning on my treadmill. I actually can’t believe that I can run for 30 minutes without stopping. Very slow pace but I wasn’t bothered about speed I was more bothered that I completed it.
The 3rd run was the easiest apart from the humidity - I thought I was gonna melt into a puddle - but it’s done.
I now need to decide what I’m going to do next. I know I’ve got the consolidation runs to do but after that I’ll probably try running outside.
Than you for the advice and encouragement on here - I would never have completed it if I hadn’t slowed right down. I thought I couldn’t go any slower than on week 8 but I could 😀
