I never thought that I can run for 30 minutes without a break, just 2 months before but today I have completed my 9-week Couch to 5K Program. Its lot easier than the mental block I had before. Now I am concentrating on 5K+. NHS LiveWell and HealthUnlocked.com support are incredible.

- As I wake up earlier in morning, I have more time
