Well done you ๐ - only one week ahead of you and still going. Bet you feel fantastic and your boys do too. Keep going, I had to slow down in week 7 but persevered and managed to do it so I am sure you will ๐คฉ
In Peterborough, not generally known for its glorious weather lol. But I do try and get out when the weather is fine! Although I do keep wondering how hard this is going to be in the summer heat ๐ฅต
Nice photo of you, congratulations on running run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run on C25K, just be careful of the two runs of week 6 as they have been known to catch out some with the interval walks and runs, run 3 is back to continuous running, but 25, not 20 minutes.
I read somewhere that Peterborough was 'the capital town in the UK for thunderstorms' not sure if that is true, where I am in Central Scotland we have around perhaps at the most 4 thunderstorms a year, last year I only remember 2.
I figured it would only get harder from now. Iโm a little scared of week 6 but excited for it too!!
We do t seem to get too many thunderstorms...itโs almost like we live in a little bubble. Rarely get snow, bad wind, thunderstorms...we get nothing lol. Just sun apparently lol
