That’s absolutely amazing!!! Massive congratulations to you on a huge achievement!

I already know you’re celebrating (badge looks fab by the way!). Are you thinking about what’s next or just basking in your glory from such a great run?

Thank you. Not sure yet would like to work on speed but in no rush to do anything just enjoying being out there.

Sounds perfect! Don’t let the name put you off, but you might like to join us over in Bridge to 10k. There are lots of people who’ll be running in a similar way to you, and a weekly quest where you set your own goals and get a bit of encouragement. Have a little browse and totally feel free to keep posting on couch if that suits you better!

Isn't that the best feeling ever, the 'I could run and run and run' one? Congratulations on the 5k :)

thank you for all your kind words

I am hoping this will be some inspiration and motivation for those on the journey.

I originally graduated running for 30 mins last October was nowhere near 5k. Kept up the runs for a bit then it dwindled off. Restarted again and here we are.

My advice to all slow and steady. We all had off days don’t let that put you off. You can do it !!!!
