SarahLola You don't lose hardly any condition after 2 weeks of not running after that any loss is gradual. If you feel well try the first run of week 3 and see how it goes, you can always repeat week 2.

Go steady at your own pace run slow and build up gradually to avoid injury.

I would start week 3 run 1, take it nice and slow .You won't have lost much fitness in your time off ,

What drun and instructor said. Carry on where you left off. Slowly McSlow. Good luck and pat yourself on the back for getting out there whatever the outcome. I’m a betting man and I wouldn’t bet against you.

As the others said. Just carry on.

Week 3 has the same amount of running in it as Week 2.

Instead of six 90 second runs, two of them are mushed together to make four runs: 90, 180, 90 and 180.

Week 3 has the shortest sessions in the whole scheme. (Though it probably will not feel that way. 😜)
