So I’m on Week 7, I’ve completed Run 1 & 2 this week ... was due to do Run 3 today but not been feeling too good 😔 ... my week starts on a Saturday, so on Saturday is it best to start Week 7 again, or finish off the week? 🧐 thank you 😊

Just go for it, you know you’ve smashed runs 1 & 2! Good luck!

Finish off week 7 then move in to week 8. Don’t get hung up on when your week starts and ends as some weeks just throw you a curve ball and you have to work around it Good luck you can do this

I agree don’t worry about when your week ends I’ve had to give myself an extra day here and there and it always works for the best...it’s not supposed to be a punishment but enjoyable! Stay well and when you’re better go for it 😊

Do run 3 tomorrow (if feeling up to it) then start week 8 on Sunday (again if you're feeling up to it) you need at least 1 days rest between each run. Go for it 👍🏃‍♂️

You should just finish off the week !

No need to repeat runs 1 and 2

Only need to repeat a run if you didn't complete it

Dosen't mater what day you don't on .

Sometimes people will have more than 1 rest day or even finish off a week after a week off !

And, to put things in perspective, remember IannodeTruffe’s advice. You don’t lose any fitness for at least the first fortnight of a break and even after that it’s gradual. You having a few days off is nothing. There’s no need for you to repeat runs 1 and 2 on that front. Obviously, if you choose to, then that’s fine too! It’s your adventure! 😊🏃‍♀️🐢

As stated in the guide to the plan, C25k weeks don't have to coincide with calendar weeks, also you lose no significant condition in the first two weeks of non running.

At some point during C25k everyone has days when they can't run and we just have to work round them. If you feel well enough on Saturday then run the third run of week 7 and progress on to week 8 next. It is only necessary to repeat runs if you are unable to complete them. Good luck!

Think of them as stages, rather than calendar weeks and take as long as you need. Listen to your body and if you feel you need an extra day's rest, take it.

I never repeated a run if I'd completed it as per the programme, but it's your journey to do as you choose.

Good luck 👍
