Advice please

So I should start week 8 tomorrow but am going away on Thursday TIL end of the weekend ..so should I do run 1 Monday and run 2 Wednesday and leave run 3 til next week or have a week off ?

Either works! Nothing wrong with a week off every now and then... personally I’d choose plan A and get two runs in... depends how you feel... could the legs use a rest or are they ready for more?

I would do runs 1 &2 and then do run 3 when you get back on Monday. That way you can still complete W9 next week by running Wednesday Friday and graduation run on Sunday. Good luck happy running

Don't you want to take your running stuff and run while you're away? It's fun to run in new places! But if you want a break, nothing wrong with that either.
