It depends how bad your backache is Elizabeth..do you know how you did it?
You should be fine to carry on with Wk3 R2 as long as it doesn't hurt to run.😯
On a positive note, I have found running has really helped my back, I run tall and take a short stride and I feel it has strenghened my core muscles. No twinges any more...
When you are ready to run again try Wk3 R2, the worst that can happen is it becomes a practise run, but I think you will do it😊x
Good luck hope you do give it a go during the last part of week 3 and 4 I was getting aches and pains all over the place despite the stretches, I think my body was saying woah what are you doing to me after all these years! But I’m into week 5 and I honestly can say the pains and niggles have settled. Hope your back pain sorts out too
