So out I went, overcast but dry and warm... Halfway point there was a down pour, perfect timing as really cooling and got me to the end with a pick up of pace in last few mins, finished with 2.85 miles so hopefully pick up the pace on the next 2 runs and will be closer to that 5k.

Well done not long to go. Remember you only need to run for 30 minutes 3 times to graduate. Very few people reach 5k by graduation.👍
