Week 9 Run 1

Well I decided that I would go back to running before work again. So I got up at 5:30 and went out. I did my first 30 minute run, 3.42 miles and my pace was 11’50. My knee was niggling most of the way through the run but by the last couple of minutes it was fine. So happy at the moment. Happy running 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️
