I started C25K again again. My neighbour has decided to do it, so much of the time we are running it together. This motivates both of us to get out there. But just to make sure I could, I went out and did 5km a couple of evenings ago. I can! I was disappointed with the time, til I realised that the figure I had in my head was my PB. When I looked at my previous times, I’d actually done ok. So, it wasn’t fast, and it wasn’t pretty, but I’m ready for Parkrun 😊✅🐌🐌🐌
We are on Week 5 now, and my neighbour will soon be much faster than me. Great running together, but it’s really beginning to push me. Perhaps I’ll get faster?

I’m sure that the with the regular running and increasing distance you will soon be back to your old times. It’s great that you’ve found a running Buddy.
Many of us have found we have lost our speed since the pandemic so we’ll be puffing round the parkrun course together. But we’ll be back together and that’s the main thing. Can’t wait!
Yeayayyayaya! Go you ! I finished C25K again a few weeks ago... and thoroughly enjoyed doing it again No pressure at all Supporting your neighbour too... brilliant!
Thank you fir asking. Running much more regularly now. Haven’t managed to keep up with my planks on non-run days. It’s not a big ask, but I keep forgetting. Must try harder!
Well done BTP! People keep telling me speed is not mandatory (which really is just as well😄) and I’m passing it on! But you’ve been here before and know it already! Enjoy the rest of your C25K!
Well done Baddie the 🏴☠️. How nice to be doing it with your neighbour 😊 too. That’s great you did a 5k as well, very 🔜 you’ll be back to your PB time or thereabouts! 👍👍👍
