Well done on completing W2R3, the program gradually increases the time you run but you can do it. Keeeep 🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♀️🏃♀️
Well done glad that you are enjoying it.
Congratulations! I'm sure your fitness has already improved quite a bit. I think week 3 is when pacing yourself starts to become more important. Just remember to take it easy, slow and steady, you can absolutely do this.
