Found this week really hard going and hadn’t managed to complete a 30 minute run without having to have a couple of ten second breaks along the way. It wasn’t that I was out of breath…just felt my legs couldn’t manage it. Knees and ankles were sore but not painful.
Took a two day break and got out there again this morning. Helped along by some lovely comments from a couple of people I passed on the way, I managed the whole 30 mins without stopping again. Happy with that 😊
