Woo hoo! Completed Week 9 run 3!!! When I started c25k on 4th March this seemed so unattainable. An overweight 62 year old with an arthritic knee, surely I was being overambitious. No. It's amazing what can be achieved if you decide you can do it. The early runs were so hard then it all fell into place. My knee is much better, to my total surprise. Fitness has increased, weight is about the same (it's all muscle now πππ) and I'm so pleased with myself!
Now for the next step. Breakfast!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K, well done, now go and celebrate your wonderful achievement with a glass of champagne
It really is lovely. I'm two minutes walk from the river and run along the grassy path below the sea wall which takes me through countryside. Very lucky to live here!
It is amazing, isnt it, but you did it. I am slightly older, but no dodgy knee, and had to ignore all pals saying βyou are too old/youβll hurt your kneesβ and so on. But we are not. Well done and be an inspiration for others now.
