Had 4 days' rest (due to heading off on camping trip + too hot + slightly stiff back of knee) then set up camp in enchanted campsite (walnut tree farm, Somerset - highly recommended, v creative farmer with delightful glamping huts and superb compost toilets - really). Anyway I just ran round his meadow for half an hour - couldn't find my earbuds so no audible props. Just me and the birdzzz...loved it. Quietly happy. Didn't feel up to it at first then lots of the helpful advice from you forum friends kept popping in: go slow, even slower, relax, enjoy, just be out there and watch the landscape go by, don't care about distance. Anyway- thanks all forum friends. Am in a pub now watching rain fall - really hope tent doesn't leak!!! X

Well done on graduating but no matter how good you make the camping sound it won't persuade me to give up my motorhome!
Hey that is great. Congratulations. What a way to celebrate. Sitting in a Pub looking out at the rain. Love it.👍
Gillma, the sun is going to shine tomorrow.

Enjoy the rest of your camping trip..this rain is supposed to be clearing up this afternoon. Your badge should still find you in Somerset if you post your success on the pinned post below.
Happy running.😊
Thanks, my lovelies! Ended the day playing in a (slightly too fast for my rusty fiddle) Irish trad session in Bristol pub. But I did feel unusually confident- side effect of the graduation? I may just keep on graduating till we get back to Sussex on Monday...may all of you enjoy your runs in the cooler summer weather. Xxx
Yay!!!! Well done!
Belated congratulations! What a wonderful way to complete the programme - sounds like the start of something there... x
