Amazing - ancient (67), overweight, hadn’t run since primary school, dodgy knee etc but just finished W9R3 and even tacked on an extra 5 mins because a favourite track was still playing. So much respect to all you people on this site who give your time to support a constant flow of learners. And Michael Johnson, you are a prince among men! Now to work out how to keep it going without MJ.

Yeah did it! W9R3
Congratulations on completing c25k you must be so pleased well done. You can keep MJ in your ear by just pressing repeat on wk9 for a few weeks while you consolidate if you like 😊😊👏👏👏👏
Congratulations youngster, on your great achievement. Really Well Done👏👏👏👏🥂🏆🏅👍👏👏👏
Bask for a while in the glory of your success. Didn’t think that would happen when you first looked at this?, in what?, May?
Now you are a proper runner.
There is a splendid chap on this site, goes by the name of Iannoda Truffe. He provides marvellous assistance in the form of FAQ POSTS. Usually on the right hand column of your screen.
There’s a useful section on "what next.”
You do need to contact the admin angels for this site, who at this moment are polishing a GRADUATE badge for you. That will appear after your name in your future posts, to show your achievement.
Then it’s up to you to decide. Go on to 10K? and beyond?
Me, I am happily plodding along doing a slow 4K three times a week to the old tunes on RockMyRun free app. Bill Haley etc. this morning! Happy to feel trimmer, sleep better and be a little lighter too. As suggested elsewhere, do repeat week 9 runs for a while to make 30 minute runs into a habit. Consolidation! Then, dear runner, the world is your oyster. Go and enjoy it.
Congratulations on graduating 😁 you’ve only just begun! I worried that I wouldn’t keep it up without the app but I am still going! I use the Nike Run Club app on my phone because it has guided runs! Coach Bennett in particular is pretty good at the motivation part and I like that voice in my ear. Enjoy your running whatever you do next!
Many congratulations on your graduation fellow runner.
