Did it!

Happy to say that my run was a joy to complete. Found it so very helpful reading people's posts particularly when i lacked the motivation to run.

Thank you for the support when i posted questions / concerns about my knee pain. After having 3 knee injections, it is such a relief to finish week 9 run 3 with my knee feeling even better than when i started c25k. πŸ’ƒπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

I am thinking of checking out the stepping stones podcast with Laura. I am close to running 5k in 30 minutes but i just have to take more rest days between runs.
