That's it then! Wk9 R3 completed!! Its not been an easy journey, but I kept going and can now run for 30 mins without stopping. Some that 9 weeks ago I'd have laughed at you if you had even suggested it. I'm now looking at park runs to keep my head in the game, I guess it's so easy once you've "finished" to give up and say you did it. The support on here is amazing, and I'll definitely be dipping in and out to see how everyone is doing. But for now.....I COMPLETED THE COUCH TO 5KM 🍾🎉🤗
