So, week 5 run 3, got plenty of liquid in me, got running gear on said a prayer to help with a bit of devine wind behind me. Map my run on, Spotify on, c25k app on. Hi Jo it's great to be running with you again. We do our 5 minute walk and start running you can do it...... Then after a while I hear nothing so keep going, turns out the app failed. Checked map my run turns out I ran for about 35 mins!! Lol

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, personally I only run with TWO apps on at the most, perhaps that was the reason why the app failed, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾
Well done, but best to stick to the plane to continue the gentle development of your running body.
Hehe oops! That'll be good for confidence though for the next few weeks! My app failed before too and I think it was too many apps running at the same time. You get so far then realise the coach hasnt said anything for a while ...
Ahhh, the good old tech fail! That is why I am a 'naked' runner. No tech, other than a watch to time with. I do have a fancy Garmin thingy, but I only use the stopwatch bit. Well done for your 35 mins, but do make sure that you are sufficiently rested and recovered before your next run. On a big, big, big positive, you have shown that you can do the W9 runs when they arrive!!
