I feel quite sore right now sitting at my desk in work typing this, but me! yes me!! i ran for 20 minutes without stopping!! me! i know! right?!
feel like i have achieved something this week. i started the week quite apprehensive due to how big the running parts were getting. i was ready to give up, in all honesty. but i kept going!
i tried to map my run today, but the app failed me. i wanted to see how far i actually go, i did this once before, and i got to 3km. which isnt bad.
so yeah, feeling great. i just want to encourage people. my current BMI is 40.4 but i have dropped from 43.6. but basically it doesnt matter how big you are. stop coming up with the excuses and do something for yourself. no one else can do this except for you. i wake up at 4:30am every other day to do this, because i dont feel confident to face the world yet. but.....even at 4:30 you see a couple of people. but they just nod and walk off. i dont know what i was so scared of. most people will encourage you to keep going.
so i want to encourage you if you have a similar bmi.. get out there, pound the streets, and get out of your comfort zone.
current bmi 40.4 lost 7in Chest, 5.5in waist, 5in from waist

That is fantastic progress, so Well Done you. We all have to trust in the program and never give up. Some days I find all sorts of distraction to stop me going out of the door ("I'll just dry up those dishes...") and so thank-you for your inspirational post.
Well done on finishing W5. That 20 min looms on the horizon and it's so good to get it over and done with. IT's not quite all downhill from here, but whenever it gets tough you can look back and think, well, I did run for 20 mins so surely I can an manage just a few more... Keep at it, and good luck!
Well done, I admire your determination.....getting up at 4.30am is no mean feat......well done, keeping on trekking or should that be running. I remember that 20 minute run so well, it gave me such a buzz. Congratulations.
Well done you! I also get up early so as to run before the rest of the world emerges and sees me, it does seem less important with every run but it is wonderful running early, isn't it.
Very very well done Laura! You sound really proud of yourself and your achievements and rightly so. It's amazing what we can achieve when we set our minds to it, isn't it? Good luck with w6, it's surprisingly tricky but you can definitely do it!
Well done! Onwards to week 6. You have shown how dedicated you are by getting up at 4.30 am. Keep it up and good luck with the next few weeks. Keep us posted how your getting on.
