I was quite apprehensive about this run after reading it often catches people out but I heeded the advice and took it really slow.
First 5 minutes was fine but the 8 minute run dragged, I couldn’t quite believe it when I was told I’d just run 4 minutes! 🤣
I ran the last 5 and still had some energy in the tank so I ended up running through the cool down too (and then did my own cool down walk)
I really feel I’ve turned a corner now with my mental mindset and I’m really loving it.
I can’t quite believe 5 weeks ago I couldn’t run 1 minute without feeling exhausted!
