My legs felt so heavy today still managed to keep going still 6K not the best timing

Heavy legs is often a sign of dehydration,

Following from Instructor57 s comment, as a runner you need to drink a minimum of 2.5 -3 litres of fluid each and every day, running or not, as mentioned in the guide.

Blooming heck, you're fast! Most folks that close to graduating C25K don't get anywhere close to 5 km in 30 minutes, let alone 6!

Going forward, given your high average heart rate, you might want to ease up just a little on that pace, to put it more into the aerobic range.
