Almost there! not my usual run today as I was in Manchester and warm up walking distance from the "Trans Pennine way" . I am used to running on tarmac  and this was a mixture of gravel and mud and more elevation changes. I enjoyed the run so much I extended it to 4.5k, not woried about the time I just wanted to see how close I could get to the magic 5k, and the time 40:01, slower than normal but what the heck! Graduation on Monday on the same course.

Brilliant :)

I'm in awe of people who have changed their location and courses over the programme. How great that you literally just 'take it in your stride'.

Well done, looking forward to hearing about the next run and seeing how dapper you look with your graduation badge :)

Thanks Popypug, we have an Apartment in Manchester where we only spend the winter as we also have a holiday home in North Wales. The running is more pleasent by the sea and mountains.
