not a good run by my standards, however I have to say that is my standards of today in week 9. By my standards of week 1 this is a world record breaking run !!!
looking forward to my graduation on Friday morning

I'm sure you will smash it!! Good luck and hope it's a good one looking forward to seeing your shiney shiney new badge
Wishing you the best for Friday. Bet you can't wait, must be so difficult to resist trying tomorrow but you would want the best run possible for your graduation. 🙂
The finish line's in sight! What's your plan for after the program?
1. run a park run with the goal of a sub 25 min time
2. build up my distance by 10% a week to get to 10k
3. run 10k Chilham Kent in October
4. run 3 times a week without fail
5. loose 6 inches of my waist
6. build up pecs I have NEVER had
7. from there very interested in trail running
8. Learn to tie your shoelaces(!)
Wow, good plan, you've had a think about this. I have some similar ideas, not quite as definite. I'd like to sidle up to 10k, possibly find an event at the end of the year.
Best of luck for Friday.
Oooh Nick isn't it exciting ! It all comes down to the Biggie - Week 9 Run 3 !
Good Luck, you can do this and its really great that you've already got some goals to aim for after Graduation .
