Back out after a pause

I had a few days off because I thought my Achilles tendon was getting a bit niggly.

Back in at W5R1.

It turned out to be a perfect day for it, I got my pacing even better (slower), so even on the slight uphill bit I think I could have had a little chat.

I've been reading about how moderate intensity exercise releases endocannabinoids. Is that why I love it so much when a dub track comes on while I'm running? 😄

Yes, I found running along the road so noisy!

I have never tried to run along the road, love trail running but think it affects my pace but thats not a problem, enjoy your running!

It may affect your pace, but I've been told it gives your muscles a good work out. We're very lucky to live in places where it's possible.
