I had a few days off because I thought my Achilles tendon was getting a bit niggly.

It turned out to be a perfect day for it, I got my pacing even better (slower), so even on the slight uphill bit I think I could have had a little chat.
I've been reading about how moderate intensity exercise releases endocannabinoids. Is that why I love it so much when a dub track comes on while I'm running? π
