Well, I had a little accident nearly two weeks ago - not while running, just walking. Tripped over something (probably my own feet- always been a bit clumsy) and was unable to save myself. Landed on my face, knocking out three crowns in the process. They were not saveable, and so I spent the time since then cooped up in the house, hiding the big gap in my mouth. I know, nobody would have cared, but I couldnt face meeting anyone... Temporary solution in place now. So, I went for a long walk yesterday, then did a 20 minute run this morning - could have done more, but wanted to ease back gradually. Anyway, pace was fine, so I’ll just get back to business! 🏃♀️😁

Oh my word Betty, that sounds horrendous. I’d have hidden away too, so good for you for getting back out there this morning. No doubt it has lifted your spirits and you can continue you left off - and watch out for holes, bumps and your own feet! 🏃♀️🏃♀️😀😀
