Last ran W7R3 last Friday. Have had a week off nursing a back muscle strain.
Do I repeat W7R3 or go for W8R1?

I'd go for W8 too! The advice I was given on here was only repeat a run if you didn't complete it. Give it a go. You've nothing to lose! Good luck & keep us posted. Glad you are getting back out there.
