Hello all

Well, its done! After last Friday running for 20 mins, I thought to myself "get to 20 & see how you are" I got to 20 and thought ok, one more minute and then one more minute and before I knew it, I was at 25 mins!

Only covered 2.5km in 35 mins, but distance and speed to think about after week 9.

Regards

Stephen

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER 🏃🏾 👍, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3 /25 minute runs, not long now until you graduate

I just finished my W6R3 too and I totally relate to the speed and distance part. My only goal now is to slowly but safely finish W9 and gradually start increasing my pace. My ankles and calves do get sore from time to time so I am being extra careful not to jog too fast. Keep it slow and steady; your body will be grateful.
