Surprised after a week of eating & drinking on holiday that I managed 25 mins - a weeks break must work! Think Jo Whiley is some sort on comedian asking me to sprint for the last minute though.... πŸƒπŸ»πŸƒπŸ»πŸƒπŸ»πŸƒπŸ»

You don't lose much form in seven days. It is good practice to programme in a week free from running every few months. You will normally come back refreshed and raring to go.

There isn't one of our coaches that hasn't heard us all say - what sprinting, are you mad? I really thought when Mr Smooth asked me that he would follow up with only joking... only he never did. Brilliantly done runner
