Just completed above run. Not bad after I thought 20 mins last week was impossible!! Aged 62,(today!) and having taken up running with a friend in feb, I think this is one of the best things I have ever done. If I can do this, anyone can!! Good luck everyone

Well done you! Also 62 and running for the first time in my life - just finished week 7, who'd have thought it. Happy birthday - who knows how far we'll be running this time next year.

Hello Granny, your running friend here !! It's one of the best things I've done too !! I'll be running, come rain (probably) or shine (unlikely) in Scotland this week and look forward to seeing you again in a couple of weeks. xx
