After first 5 minutes I thought i was going to fail miserably and stop as my legs didn't want to work, but thought I was not going to give up that easily after all my hard work over the previous weeks, so kept going and kept going - passed the 25 minutes to the end of the 5 minute cool down too!! a total of 30 minute and 10 seconds running (4.75km) and one very happy bunny. back to the app on Friday and week 7 run one, but this proves the app works folks!!

The app certainly works Groundie99, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3 /25 minute runs, not long now until you graduate. ✔️

Its amazing how the brain and body ignore each other, one says stop the other says keep going, and in the background Sarah Millican is blethering on!! Actually looking forward to Friday when I start week 7, thanks for the encouragement

Well done to you... but... so please, try to just stick to the run time... I know it felt great and the urge to run on is there... but at this stage... those new running legs are just getting going.

Move on, with confidence but do please, now you are a officially a runner:), be a sensible ( gulp), one and stick to the programme..slow and steady really will get you there:)

Your body and your runs will thank you for it...and after your reach Graduation., safely and hopefully injury free, you have a whole new world of choices!

Thank you for your wise words, and yes I will try to stick to the plan, after all it is the plan and you folk that have got me to this point. I suppose it is a case of if the mind is still feeling good, then an extra 5 minutes wont hurt, but as you say and know, the body is the one that will let you down more than the mind, if that makes sense? Onwards and upwards to week 7 run 1.
