Hi everyone. Tomorrow morning I have week 6 run 3 to complete and feeling really nervous about 25 minute runs. I know I did 20 minutes last week so it’s only an extra 5 minutes but that 5 mins feels like it’ll be a big difference. Did anyone else feel the same, how did this run go for others?

Hi, I felt the same on that week but you are ready for this. It seems like a lot but try splitting your run in half. Aim for 12.5mins and when you get there start counting down. That way it only seems like 2 more. I hope it goes well

I was feeling the same as you but it wasn't too bad. I found myself an interesting podcast and it took my mind off my aching legs. Good luck. You can do it.
