I must admit I had a few wobbles and was not 100% consistent on a couple of weeks and restarted as well but overall I stuck to it and completed all the runs! Iβm hitting just over 4K so not quite at the 5K mark but Iβm happy to be able to run for 30 mins! Any advice now on building on this? Iβve heard I need to do consolidation runs? Whatβs the advice around this and any advice for apps that support on building further towards bigger runs in the future.
Thank you!!

After you graduate you can run several 30 minute consolidation runs, after that you could do the Stepping stones podcasts with Laura which are pace, speed and stamina, then if you wish to run a 10K try Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan.
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K.

Congratulations Giggletowiggle ππ»ππ»π π₯³π₯³ it a great achievement, well done π
I always recommend the Nike Run Club app for consolidation runs, lots of coached runs on there of various times and distances, so you can use those to gradually increase distance etc. Itβs free too π
Well done. π The NHS 5K+ as mentioned above have podcasts to follow. I think there are 3 in the series. I have completed Stepping Stones twice now. It is not easy but not so hard as to be unachievable either. Then there is Stamina and another, Speed. Hoping to master all of these. I still donβt reach 5K but replay the podcast till l do! But it is working and l am getting faster. Congratulations again. Mx
