You need congratulations and consolidation. Take it easy run regular take your time and like me you can run half marathons in less than a year.

β€’ in reply toPapillon17

Half marathons seem scary at the moment but then again.... 9 weeks ago 5k seemed the same... so watch this space. I will work towards it but will take my time to avoid any injuries πŸ™ˆ

β€’ in reply to

Well done on graduating too.... now to continue running and who knows what distances we will be doing next year πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Haha it was horrible (rain & wind), but i just kept plugging away. I think that's the beauty of this programme. Under any other circumstances I'd have given up & started to walk, but the coach keeps you going! Hopefully my 1st postgraduate run will be in better conditions 🌧🌧😁

β€’ in reply toPandaCory

Ohhh πŸ™ˆ well you got it done and that’s the most important thing. I completely agree, the programme kept me going no matter what the weather and I need to maintain that mentality now.

Running tomorrow πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈ I’ve got my first 5k run booked in for next week Sunday πŸ˜€

Well done, enjoy your running and get out there.

I've been running for just over a year and love it (most runs) but the c25k was the best thing I ever did.

Enjoy !!

Hello runner! Congratulations. As others have said "Now consolidate". This will mean that your addiction is complete. This running thing is truly amazing. Soon ( if you havent done already)you will join the rest if us in banging on about running shoes, running belts, running watches and running tops and leggings. Still this is the cheapest sport!

If you get a tenth of the benefits I have got you will be well pleased. Once again... WELL DONE!

β€’ in reply tojohnm12

Ohhh I haven’t done it much on the forum but my brother and friends have heard all about my running obsessive talk.... talking about shoes, belts and running clothes.... I had a fitbit prior to doing the C25K but now I’m just screenshotting all my runs and showing everyone my progress πŸ™ˆ slightly obsessed now

Well done

Well done!

I completed mine last week, I miss MJ’s words of encouragement though.

Just consolidating now, have you considered C25K graduation app?

Keep running!

β€’ in reply to

C25k graduation app? I haven’t heard of this, I’ve had a look at apps that can help you achieve 10K over a number of weeks but I have sort of set myself targets.

I will continue running 5k’s 2/3 times a week until May (so I can work on my running technique) and then slowly add distance to my runs. Is this a good way to do it? πŸ€”

β€’ in reply to

Ohhhh and I forgot to say well done on graduating the app too πŸ‘©β€πŸŽ“
