Hi jlw34, congratulations to you too, firstly I’d like to run 5k in 30mins, so I’m going to aim for that and give myself a month then I’d like to train for 10K perhaps by January or February. Next summer I’d like to run a half marathon for charity. What about you?

What time did you do yesterday. I was chuffed with 36:55 and aiming to get it down to 35 initially.

I think I will consolidate my 5K runs for a couple of months then start training for a 10K. I think that’s the distance I’ll stick at. πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

I did 36:37 yesterday and that’s the first time I’d got to 5k too so am over the moon. I think we deserve a really big pat on the back go us!!!!

Thank you but I didn’t really enjoy it, i felt really self conscious for some bizarre reason but the run director was really lovely.
