Keep running, keep smiling.
Congratulations Lisa, I also graduated at park run yesterday. What a great atmosphere. Whatβs your running plans now?
Hi jlw34, congratulations to you too, firstly Iβd like to run 5k in 30mins, so Iβm going to aim for that and give myself a month then Iβd like to train for 10K perhaps by January or February. Next summer Iβd like to run a half marathon for charity. What about you?
What time did you do yesterday. I was chuffed with 36:55 and aiming to get it down to 35 initially.
I think I will consolidate my 5K runs for a couple of months then start training for a 10K. I think thatβs the distance Iβll stick at. πββοΈπββοΈ
I did 36:37 yesterday and thatβs the first time Iβd got to 5k too so am over the moon. I think we deserve a really big pat on the back go us!!!!
Brilliant - well done - park runs are great fun arenβt they ? π
