Looked online and seen this C25K medal 🥇 so yep I've gone and ordered myself one as my celebration treat....with the charity runs 🏃‍♀️ I've already for booked and more planned as I improve over time I'm hoping to acquire quite a collection 😉

I love running 🏃🏃‍♀️ my new addiction is the best thing I have ever started and I intend to go further and further ❤️🏃🏃‍♀️

When you tag, the scroll down menu of names usually hides at the bottom of the page. Took me awhile to figure it out.

Try @ and the beginning of the name. THEN scroll down a little. The tagging pop-up hides further down the page (somewhere below the text box you're currently working on).

I don't think it works on tablets or phones - I can only get it to work on my laptop. Also - well done a great sense of achievement I'm sure & yes please can you post the link (if you haven't already).

It was fantastic I have to say ja.

I kept totally "slow & steady" and it was a breeze. So amazing to be loving 🏃‍♀️ running when back weeks ago we couldn't run for money lol 😂

I'll be waiting at the podium for you my friend 😉

I think as I've now taken up this fantastic addictive running 🏃‍♀️fun I'll keep at it every other day, add more charity runs 🏃‍♀️5k's for now (I have 2 in July) one British heart foundation and the other race for life.

Then slowly move on to 10k's and more once I get these under my belt 😉

The possibilities are endless the excitement is warming 😊
