Just completed W9R3, it wasnβt quite the 5K (4.7 to be exact) Iβm blaming the two flies I swallowed along the way - yuk! Treated myself to some new running trainers to continue with the running. Park Run next!

I am going to consolidate my 30 minute runs twice a week for the next 3 weeks, usually on a Wednesday and Saturday, however, tomorrow I am just going to run a short distance, say for 5 minutes then I 'll start in earnest with those consolidation runs on Saturday. On Mondays, I will just run for no more than 15 or 20 minutes
