Happy to have stuck to my plan !

So today was my 3rd run in 5 days and the plan was to stick to 3.5k to re build my stamina and my run frequency so im happy to have achieved that , and I actually do feel the benefit today .

Yet again I could have carried on to 5k but decided to stick to my plan as I have had quite a few gaps in my running and the last thing I want is another session on the IC.

It felt quite a bit more comfortable today and my pace was wanting to pick up a bit but again I decided to keep it steady .

So although these were short runs I am satisfied with running a total of 10.5k in the last 5 days and the last one naturally being the quickest without any concious effort. πŸ™‚

That's brilliant! Always better to have a success even if it's a little one, than a failure!

Hi Ian,

Fatigue has been bad being back at work takes me days to get over but I will get there just going to take time. You are doing so amazing

Yes I bet having been so active you must find this time very frustrating !

I think all you can do is take it slowly and celebrate your progress !

I'm sure you will get there πŸ™
