I did my run 1 in week 3, but felt I slowed down when I did the last run.

Hi Pussandboots That’s brilliant well done!

The goal is to run for the entire interval. If you had to slow down to keep running that’s the right thing to do.

I tend to start much slower than I need to and slowly build pace to finish, but as long as we complete the runs that’s all that matters and we can both work on levelling out our pace later on 😊

You haven’t failed at all so please don’t beat yourself up for going slower.

I’m not running for weight loss so unfortunately I can’t give you any advice on that but there is an NHS weight loss guide the link is nhs.uk/live-well/healthy-we... hopefully it will help 😊

You haven’t failed...you are still running. I did week 6 run 1 today and I struggled. I’m trying to lose weight and follow the NHS app. No more than 1900cal a day for me. 5.2kg lost in five weeks.
