So today I did week 5 run 2 today and didn't think I could do it, I did and I really enjoyed it ☺ 👍 now on to run 3 absolutely dreading it 20 mins with no break in between.

I am so jealous I remember well the high I got after that run !! You can do it I promise just take it really slow its is time not speed or distance. Relax and enjoy !! :)

You'll be fine! Just about everybody is worried about that one - but if you read the posts we're all elated afterwards! Laura is a great teacher.

I was inspired by all the positive comments on this site, they really make you feel like you can do it - and you will, and you will feel fantastic afterwards!

Breathe deeply and slowly even on the warm up walk. Set off running nice and steady, keep plodding and breathing until Laura says stop. Go home, post on the Forum you did it! Julie

You can do it! You really can! Run 3 is a mind battle, but you will be victorious! As JaySee says, everyone worried over this run, but you will make it and feel absolutely amazing afterwards... It's a real milestone run. Kick your gremlins into touch and go for it. Good luck! :)
