Always said I dont run, I cant run. But tonight I did run, first time ever. Am a sweaty mess but I did it and that feels good.

Welcome aboard... in some ways the first run is the hardest - actually doing it rather than just thinking about it, so well done!

You'll get lots of support and helpful hints on here. I'd read the FAQ's if you haven't already. Good luck👍

Well done! Me too. I don't do the hot and sweaty look. And I can't run! But apparently I can (well maybe you wouldn't call it running lol). This morning I will do W2R3. Woke really early so may be out by six! I must be mad!

Welcome and well done! I was the same as you...the amount of times over the year I've posted that Facebook meme that says "If you see me running, you'd better run too, coz something is chasing me!!!" 😂 I can't do that anymore, and now, neither can you 😁
