Good call. I had the top of Alexandra Palace park as my (halfway) goal- after I'd seen I could manage it (around wk 6) I started packing in bits to fill the run so that remained my halfway. It worked well- nothing better than knowing it's all downhill back.

It actually does get better, I can get almost to the top now without any stress, just huff up the last little bit- it used to be a long haul all the way up. I'm sure the hill hasn't got smaller!!!
