So this Tuesday, my weekly circuits class restarted after a summer break. Meaning it's the first time I've been since starting C25K.
On the plus side, circuits didnt feel quite so tough, so hopefully that means my running is having a positive effect on my fitness! On the down side, my run 2 days later was ****ing tough!! That burning feeling when you're getting tired? But from pretty much the moment Sarah said "ok, off we go"!
However, I still somehow managed to get through both 10 minute runs, which I'm pretty pleased with π I just hope it wont be that painful every week now!! π¬

The good news is you kept strong physically but also mentally and that is exactly what will see you through. The tough runs (and everyone has them) build you up and the next run/week will not seem so tough. Keep going and good luck!
Great job. Iβm sure youβll soon adapt to having the circuits alongside the running... but your fitness is evidently rising well. Have a wonderful relaxed run 3.
Well done for not giving up through the this tough run. Iβve had runs like this and surprised myself on the following run. Itβs true what people say.... fighting through the hard runs is what makes you stronger. I found R1 difficult this week after the straight 20 min run last week. Keep up the good work huni, you are doing amazing!! Weβve only got 3 more weeks to go πββοΈπͺ
Thank you! Yes I know we just have to keep going with those tough ones, and hopefully will see the benefit later- doesn't make it any more fun at the time though!! Wow only 3 weeks to go, how did that happen?! π
Parky so glad you pushed through and completed 6:2 it in spite of the burning!! However even the thought of doing your weekly circuits would kill me off! Great stuff! Well done. 6:3 here we come πββοΈ πββοΈ
Well done you for finishing it as well, sounds like you got on just fine? π 6.3 is Saturday for me, what about you? Then I've got a week off (holiday, hard life!) so you will go steaming past me πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
