5K PB - in the sub 35 club!

Just back from a run that I never thought would happen! Sub 35minutes for 5K after months of pounding the local Yorkshire roads - I have made it and know there could be more in the tank. This was also the end of a challenge set - to run 85Km (2 marathons) in under 15 runs. I am just buzzing and what a beautiful day to be out and feel alive. Thanks to all the inspirational runners out there on the forum - we are making great strides...
