After a bit of a hiccup last Saturday decided to leave my last run until today and what a beautiful morning to complete C25K !!! Sun out arms out not the legs yet tho😂😂 I am so chuffed it's certainly taken me longer than 9 weeks but I got there in the end. So keep at it everyone you can do it. And a big thank you to everyone who has given me advice on this site very much appreciated now for my badge.....
