Yay, I did it!!

I finally graduated on the C25K....can't believe I did it and how much I enjoyed it. I have Mapmyrun playing in the background whilst listening to the C25K programme so I know how far I've run. I ran 4K in the 30mins but kept going as I wanted to run 5K and I felt fine, so I ended up running 5.2K in 39mins. I'm not sure if this is a good pace or not, all I know is it was good for me and I was more than happy. Thanks to everyone of this forum for all the advice, tips and progress they post, it has helped no end

Well done on completing c25k and running 5km, feels good doesn't it. I did 5.2km today too, 11 days after graduating, 38 mins and at a pace I am comfortable with at the moment. Keep on running!

Thank You, and well done to you too. I have downloaded the 5K+ Stepping Stone and thought I would give that a go now. I'm happy at my pace, just wanted to see if I could improve on my technique and stamina now. Hope you keep enjoying your running.

I'll never be guilty of that - I am enjoying it though and feel so much better since I started the programme

Woohoo! Well done on completing C25K and running just over 5K. Don't worry too much about the time for now. You have set yourself a benchmark and if you want to you can challenge yourself to beat it in due course. Happy running!

Thank you and yes I intend to. I did a Stepping stone 1st run yesterday and improved my speed but I feel I need a couple of days rest now, then I'll go out again. Enjoy your running too
