Week 5 run 3 done!

Just completed the week 5 run 3 20 min run and now looking forward to week 6 with a far more positive attitude. I looked at some of the posts from the other runners and took the advice of starting slow and maintaining a steady pace. It worked for me! To think just a few weeks ago I struggled with week 1 and did it 3 times. So my advice is follow the plan take it slow and steady and you can do it too.

Well done, i amnust back home having done it myself. 20 minutes was quite a step up from prevoius runs, but achievable. Its all in the mind i think.
