I finished run 1 week 5, an made the mistake again of looking ahead run 2 & 3, I struggled with run 1, shall I do run 1 again before moving on, the thought of running 8 mins when I struggled for 5 mins I'm not looking forward to it, dont want to move on and then end up walking. How come u get a 20 min run so early on, when the next are short π€.

You can do this if you just believe in yourself, trust the plan and go nice and slow.
